Our spa cuisine offers three weight loss meal plans: 800, 1000 and 1200 cal. All planned under the supervision of a registered dietitian to ensure that you will adopt a smart diet that may really work out for you.
Example of a typical day at the Spa with a food plan with 800 cal a day, divided in six meals:

Breakfast:
One cup of coffee with low fat milk; two slices of wholegrain bread with light cream cheese or diet jelly; and one serving of fresh fruit.

Morning snack:
Fruit Juice.

Lunch
Green salad, Steak Chinese served with broccolis and rice, and Strawberry mousse.

Afternoon snack:
Low-fat yogurt Shake (with fresh fruit)

Dinner:
Soup of the day, grilled Chicken Fillet served with rice, diet Jell-o with fruit.

Late snack:
Two crackers and tea.
